You Could Join The Stars!

THIS YEAR’S MOJO Honours List gong show includes five votable categories: Best Album, Best Compilation, Best Song, Breakthrough Act and Best Live Act.

Have your say in this lavish exercise in limited democracy and you could not only be swaying the course of history; you could also be in the same room as a bunch of music legends come June 16.

First off, you get a free vote on the records and bands that have rocked your world over the last 12 months. After May 1, and the announcement of a shortlist based on your voting, you can weigh in again in support of your preference.

One voter drawn at random, shortly after all voting closes on May 28, will snaffle a pair of tickets to the ceremony.

So, what are you waiting for?

I vot for Seasick Steve. He's lived a hard life and been paid back with an amazing talent. I am in awe of his honey coated gravel throated roar. The man has got his mojo working at full throttle and then some.

This year belongs to Plant and Krauss and Led Zeppelin. Raising Sand is the album of the year and the O2 concert was a triumph and the most subscribed musical event in history.
